Our manufacturing unit at Tirupur comprises of all the Technological faculties to manufacture the best products in the industry. The units have both skilled workmanship and the latest imported machines and equipment’s. Besides this, we have adequate infrastructure in our units to carry out all the process from knitting to packing. Facility details given below.
- Head Office : Having 310 machines with 50,000 sqft space.
- Unit II : Having 200 machines with 70,000 sqft space.
- Unit III : Having 300 machines with 85,000 sqft space.
FABRIC SECTION
Experienced work force involved in manual cutting assisted with band knife cutting machine and table top cutting machines execute the cutting program.
GREY & DYED STORAGE
We have extensive Grey Yarn and dyed Yarn storage facilities with proper numbered racking system.
stain free garments
Equipped with modern and specialized stitching machines, the production unit engages skilled tailors and stitch garments in line production. Organized work force trim the hanging threads and sort the defective pieces and send them back to corrective process, stain removers, with multiple provisions to remove hard stains are put in to use to ensure stain free garments.
CUTTING

Presentation of the garment is vital. Experienced work force provided with vacuum tables and steam irons fold the garments to the specifications. Packing and cartooning follows through to get the goods ready for export.
